For most of our corporate clients, Levin M&A Consulting functions like an in-house corporate development department, with the perspective and objectivity of professionals who are working in the marketplace day in and day out, but with none of the day-to-day operating concerns. To create the most value for a client, we start at the beginning of the project, and stay involved through the closing and beyond.

Sales and Divestitures
We obtain strategic prices for stand-alone companies and non-core subsidiaries that are under-performing or are no longer a good fit with the current corporate strategy. To maximize sale price, we analyze the business and competitive landscape to determine the most logical buyers based on fit and strategy. From there, we prepare offerings memorandum, contact prospective buyers, qualify the interest of prospective buyers, coordinate visits and meetings, evaluate offers, and manage the sale process.

Focused Acquisition Programs
Successful acquisitions are the result of a well-concieved corporate strategy. We work with clients in the United States and overseas to rank, contact, negotiate, and close strategic product extension acquisitions. The work may include: process plan, identification and evaluation of targeted candidates, value determination, transaction financing, negotiation process, and the transition of ownership plan.

Financings
We work with mid-market companies in funding their internal and external capital needs, as well as arranging second-stage financing for companies in need of capital growth. Our areas of expertise include business plans, financial models and forecast, and investor presentations all focused on the goal of obtaining venture funding.
